Can I start with the free tier and upgrade later?
Absolutely! Start with Scout Starter (free forever) and upgrade to Pack Pro anytime as your pack grows. Your data transfers seamlessly, and you'll immediately gain access to all premium features.
What happens if I exceed the limits on the free plan?
We'll send you a friendly notification when you approach your limits (15 scouts or 1GB storage). You can upgrade to Pack Pro for unlimited scouts and storage, or manage your current usage. We won't lock you out or delete your data.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes! You can change your billing interval anytime through your pack settings. If you switch to annual billing, you'll immediately start saving 17% compared to monthly pricing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. If you cancel Pack Pro, you'll be downgraded to Scout Starter (free). If you're within the free tier limits, you can keep using Scout Miles indefinitely. You can also export all your data anytime as CSV files.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If you're not satisfied with Pack Pro within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime and won't be charged for the next billing period.
Is my pack's data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption and follow COPPA compliance for youth data. Your scouts' information is never sold or shared. Only approved pack leaders and parents with explicit permission can access scout data.
